Planning is the critical piece to your success with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you are not planning you are relying on wishes…

 

 

What are you aiming to achieve this week?

Is this an increase or the same as last week? Whatever your answer, does that feel right? Remember success breeds success. If it’s too hard or too easy you may be sabotaging your chance of success.

 

 

Remember to consider:

  • What worked last week?
  • What didn’t work and needs more planning?
  • How busy will you be this week?
  • Do you need to change your plans/goals this week to fit everything in and still have success?

 

The more you plan the easier it will be for you to achieve your goals. Think once and roll it out.

 

Learn from your mistakes don’t simply blame poor self-control.
